From M25

• Leave the motorway at the junction with the A21 heading for Hastings.
• Stay on the A21 until you reach the A26 taking the first exit signed posted Tunbridge Wells.
• Staying on the A26 you will pass through Southborough and as you are approaching the town you will come to a round-about, take to second exit passing the hospital.
• Take the next right carrying on along this road, as you approach a round-about you will see the Spa Hotel on your right hand side.
• Take the second exit from the round-about.
• Then take the second turning on the right which is Coach Road.
• Drive to the bottom of the road and at the junction turn right.
• We are the first house on the road side on your left. Approximately 150 yards from Coach Road.

• As you are approaching Tunbridge Wells you will pass through the village of Langton Green
• Drive though the village and carry on for approximately 1& 1/2 miles. You will see a sign for The Beacon Restaurant and Coach Road.
• Turn left into Coach Road.
• Drive to the bottom of the road and at the junction turn right onto Rusthall Road.
• We are the first house on your left approximately 150 yards from Coach Road.
